I like the idea itself, contrast between two "kinds" of eyes is much more awesome then in manga. I guess make-up is real, so point for nice preparations of model. Structure of eyes is magical, sharingan looks so real that it gives me creepy feeling.
However, blurred edge (especially right) is quite disturbing, it´s good idea to make photo more surreal, but its blurred bit too much. Also it would look interesting, it the right background was as dark as left.
