I love this piece. I will start with what is good. The fact that you have used many different artists and have this piece unite almost seamlessly is terrific. The textures and added effects are quite literally amazing. This could pass for a photograph. The arm looks as if it is dissolving into dust. However There seems to be parts of the arm missing. While that could be intentional, for me at least, it was strange to see and gave me a strange feeling. additional, i think that you should choose a single color for the power. It struck me as odd that you would choose to use different colors for the lightning, vortex and finger tip effects. Lastly, the arm feels almost obscured by all the things that are happening in this piece and i think removing some dust would have been the optimal root. However this piece is quite close to its max potential and I commend you for doing this in three hours. I hope that this helps you in any way shape or form.
